MADISON, Ala. (WAFF) – A man has been charged with electronic solicitation of a child in Madison on Thursday.
The Madison Police Department said Jerry Duboise, 28, was arrested at his home on Michael Avenue in connection to electronic solicitation.
Police said the arrest stems from an investigation with the ALEA Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Duboise was charged with one count of electronic solicitation of a child.
Duboise was booked into the Madison County Jail. He was released on a $25,000 bond on Thursday night, jail records show.
