The festival is back with more than 50 traders, family entertainment, and a brand new experience marquee
Southport Food and Drink Festival returns this weekend for another outing. The annual celebration draws thousands of people to Victoria Park with plenty of music, entertainment and international cuisine for all ages to enjoy.
There are also various hand made items for gifting, decorating, and even supplies for your pets. Best of all, the weekend is completely free to attend.
The weekend includes an array of musical entertainment including performances from Liverpool rock band Seas of Neptune, the contemporary Rock Choir, Formby’s fabulous Jazzophonists, and many more. For little ones, there will be inflatable rides, face painting and crafts to enjoy.
More than 50 traders set up stall at the festival, offering a range of different cuisines, sweet treats, drinks and items to take home. There are also various hand made items for gifting, decorating, and even supplies for your pets. New for this year is the experience marquee which boasts a full programme of events across the weekend. You can purchase tickets for the events here.

Southport Food and Drink Festival time and date
The festival returns for another three-day takeover from Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1. Guests can enjoy the event from 10am to 6pm every day.
Southport Food and Drink Festival is free to attend. Tickets are not required – simply turn up and enjoy.

Everything from pizza, burgers and desserts to soft drinks and tipples are available, alongside tasty cuisine from around the world. Expect plenty of Greek, Chinese, Turkish, Mexican and Caribbean options, to name a few.

How to get to Southport Food and Drink Festival
A train from Liverpool to Southport station takes approximately 50 minutes, with Victoria Park a 10 to 15 minute walk away. There is parking available in the surrounding Esplanade Park & Ride Car Park. The entrance is opposite the Eco Centre.
