Let’s Show These Businesses Some Love This Week
Two local food businesses experienced theft this past week, which we hate to hear. This week would be a good one to get out there and show them some support.
• During the early morning hours on September 30, someone stole essential equipment from Adriano’s Pizza Napoletana, including their point-of-sale system. In addition to visiting the food truck and ordering some pizza, you can also support the business through its GoFundMe, which aims to raise funds for the business to expand and lease a commercial kitchen. And in related news, you can now also order Adriano’s Pizza Napoletana at Derby Deli on Wednesday nights from 4 to 7 p.m.
• Also on September 30, around 3:05 a.m., someone attempted but failed to steal the ATM at The Sub Shop location on Seminole. According to reporting by KY3, the burglars even used their truck to try to demolish a wall. The Sub Shop closed for repairs and rest for the remainder of the week and reopened yesterday. Try to stop by for lunch one day this week, and let’s show them that their community cares.
