Guard and Grace, 500 Dallas, invites guests to the Chateau Lascombes Wine Dinner on Friday, January 24 at 6:30 p.m., featuring five courses paired with the acclaimed Chateau Lascombes’ current releases, along with two select library offerings from its private cellar. Menu highlights include Beet Ravioli with lamb salami, Morel Mushroom Conserva with duck egg and heirloom polenta, 24 Hour Pork Sugo over mafaldine pasta finished with Calabrian chili oil and gremolata, Snake River Farms Ribeye Cap with chimichurri rojo, and Foie Gras Ice Cream with brown butter corn crunch.The evening will also include a special appearance by the Chateau’s newly appointed Estate Director, Axel Heinz. Tickets are $165 per guest, plus tax and gratuity.
On Wednesday, January 29, JŪN, 420 East 20th, will host a special evening of flavor and giving back as it celebrates the Lunar New Year with Wine & Dine XV. The unique event features a four-course dinner prepared by MasterChef alum chef Suu Khin and chef Henry Lu — Braised Pork Belly and Daikon, Crispy Stuffed Lotus Roots, Roasted Duck and Taro, and Sesame Rice Balls. Tickets are $110, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $55; a portion of every ticket sale goes directly to World Central Kitchen, supporting its mission to provide meals to those in need, particularly in LA County.

Brasserie 19, 1962 West Gray, and Champagne Madame Zero are hosting a Champagne Madame Zero Soirée on Wednesday, January 29 at 6 p.m. Expect flowing bubbles and an evening of sophistication during a cocktail hour style event featuring a curated selection of zero-sugar bubbly, Champagne-forward cocktails and bites by chef Michael Hoffman. Tickets $85 per person.
Bludorn Hospitality Group debuts its Blu Bayou Chef Series, featuring quarterly guest chef collaborations hosted across chef Aaron Bludorn’s award-winning collection of restaurants, Bludorn, Navy Blue and Bar Bludorn. First up is a four-course seated dinner from chefs Aaron Bludorn and Brady Ishiwata Williams of Seattle‘s TOMO at Bludorn, 807 Taft, on Thursday, January 30. Williams brings his coveted Bone-In pop-up on the road, merging TOMO’s playful approach to a classic steakhouse experience with the vibrant flavors of Bludorn’s Texas Gulf Coast influence. Highlights include Dungeness Crab Spinach Artichoke Dip with Toast Points, Bone in Ribeye with Sansho Au Poivre and Basque Cheesecake with Umeboshi Jam. Tickets are $150 per person.
MARCH, 1624 Westheimer, will host an evening celebrating the 30th anniversary of one of California’s most iconic wineries, Littorai Wines, on February 6 at 6:30 p.m, led by Ted Lemon, legendary winemaker and proprietor of Littorai, who will share his insights into the art of crafting world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Guests can indulge in a five-course tasting menu crafted by the Michelin-starred chefs at MARCH, expertly paired with a selection of Littorai wines spanning three decades, including rare vintages from the 1990s through to the present day. The evening kicks off with champagne at 6:30 p.m. and seats are $450 per person.
